‘Lun gives people tools to help them explore.’

A safer space

You deserve a space to be seen, heard, and supported. My job is to provide just that.

Hi! I’m Lune (they/she)

I’m a Queer, neurodivergent life coach with lived experiences of trauma and grief and a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology.

I’m interested in people, and how we can all thrive in the right environment. My coaching style is focused on your current needs (regardless of where you are in life), and challenges you to explore, reflect, and take real-life steps. It’s professional, but never impersonal. I believe that human connection is a big part of healing, and gentle accountability goes a long way.

For practical interventions to take with you in day-to-day life, and a place to reflect and exist. 💌

‘The flexibility of Lune really helped me lessen my anxiety and struggles as a queer entrepreneur.’

What can you expect from coaching?

As a coach, it’s my job to provide a space where you feel safe and able to explore. I help clear your brain by asking (sometimes difficult) questions and offer tools to make your daily life more manageable. Please note, I won’t be providing you with a diagnosis; however self-diagnoses are absolutely valid in this space. Alongside practical tools, I will provide you with knowledge, a sounding board, and plenty of encouragement to reconnect with yourself and find out what does and doesn’t work for you. My coaching style grows alongside you to ensure long-term support.

Together, we’ll figure out what you need – not what the world expects from you – and how to get there. And: no pseudoscience, toxic positivity, or generic advice.

Please note that I currently only coach people over 18. I offer coaching in both English and Dutch.

‘Loving support.’

Book a (free) session

The 20-minute session is a chance for us to meet and see what working together may look like. You can ask me anything, share what’s on your mind, or get a feel for how I work. If you are not sure what to ask or do – don’t worry, that’s where I come in. It’s your space to explore, and there’s no expectation to commit.

Not your first time? You can book your package or one-off sessions here. Payable in GBP or EUR, just pick the currency you wish to use.

Frequently asked questions

Are the sessions online or in-person?

Typically sessions will be held online via Google Meet, so they can be done from wherever you prefer. I would recommend you find a space where you will not be disturbed, your camera can be on, and you can speak freely. Should you wish to book an in-person session, please reach out via the contact form.

Are you qualified?

Coaching is not a protected term, meaning no ‘standard’ qualifications are required to use this term (or answer this question). I have a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from LOI, which is based in the Netherlands. Besides that, I have experience with coaching and navigating life as a Queer and late-diagnosed neurodivergent person. This lived experience, combined with education, makes me feel confident I am qualified to support and coach others. If I feel unable to support you with your query, I will always let you know.

Do you have payment plans?

Payment plans are available upon request. The Queer Life Package can be split over multiple monthly payments, and I do my best to work with people who can’t afford full rates. Please contact me directly if you’d like more information, and I’ll do my best to support your needs.

Do you only coach LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent people?

This coaching is available to anyone over the age of 18 who feels they could benefit from my approach. You do not have to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community, nor do you have to be neurodivergent. The introductory chat has been designed to see what working together may look like, so please book a session if you wish to explore this. And, no questions will be asked about your gender or sexuality, unless you wish to discuss these topics.

How do I book a session?

Please press ‘book a session’ on the homepage, and follow the steps provided. Here, you can pick your currency (if you are booking a paid session or package) and preferred time slot, and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email, meeting link, and invoice. If you have booked a package, you will pay the total amount upon booking your first session. The rest of the sessions will either be booked in during our calls, or you will receive a voucher code/special link to book these yourself. If you’d rather get some help, please complete the contact form (located under ‘contact’).

How does the confidentiality work?

Confidentiality will be maintained, meaning no identifiable information will be shared about you in real life or on social media. Please note there is legally no such thing as coach-client privilege, which means in certain situations confidentiality may not be kept. This could include situations in which the breaking of confidentiality is required by law, or where there are cases of illegal activities or posing a danger to yourself or others.

Is there a minimum amount of sessions I need to book?

No, there is no minimum amount when booking singular sessions. This is up to you, your availability, and your budget. Please note that any package deals are non-refundable.

What happens in a coaching session?

If it’s your first session, you will be asked to explain why you’ve booked an appointment. It’s okay if you don’t have a clear answer to this. In the first session, we will normally be figuring out what I could help you with, and what this may look like in future sessions. You can ask any questions you have for me, and we’ll have time to discover if you’d like to continue working together. Sessions do differ greatly from person to person, as it’s all about meeting you where you are. Regardless of this, you will be guided through the sessions, and are encouraged to ask questions and express your needs.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling and canceling can be done up to 24 hours before your appointment starts. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your start time will be charged in full. Please reach out if you are within your 24-hour window and can not attend, so we can try to find a suitable solution.

What is your rate?

A standard one-off session is 50 minutes, and costs £60/€68. Please note this will change to £70/€79 per 1 December 2025. Any sessions booked before 1 December 2025 will maintain the old pricing, even if your actual session date is after 1 December 2025. When booking your session, payment is made immediately to confirm your slot. I do my best to work with clients who can not afford full rates upfront, so please reach out if this is the case.
